Aussie
Looks like we are getting a Aussie forward this week with Namo making way.
Cini could be on his way to.

So long as he's better than what we have.

Re: Aussie
Personally don't mind Cini, think he has looked ok with ball in hand... perhaps a little off pace defensively.
At this point think we need to look at cover for Sam Wood (who to me does not seem 100%) fit.
Cue all the "are you blind" comments as my opinion isn't negative and doesn't confirm with someone else's l

Re: Aussie
Looks like every club could be getting 1 extra quota spot Till end of season to help Salford Quota players find new clubs.
Re: Aussie
I think Cini's been decent to be fair and improved with every game. Defense not the best but has still pulled off some big tackles when needed. Looks quick with the ball, willing to put the effort in, and leaps like a salmon for the high ball.Yorkshire pudding wrote: ↑02 Apr 2025, 18:38 Personally don't mind Cini, think he has looked ok with ball in hand... perhaps a little off pace defensively.

Re: Aussie
Chris Satae would’ve been my guess; though obviously not an Aussie.

Can't see namo going gone to London today with 3 pals and MJ to meet the king.

Re: Aussie
We are in talks with Catalan Dragons for a deal on Chris Satae
We need to free up a space and they are wanting to bring Daley Cherry Evans to the club.

Re: Aussie
Have we signed anyone yet.
That’s a week gone.
Yes, no.

Re: Aussie
Can't see the club getting rid of the PNG lads, especially after sending them to meet the king. Would have zero problems in moving CINI on, either out to a championship club for the rest of the year and looking at him again next year, or releasing him permanently. Only other option would be ASI, and other than having 1 bad game thought he has been the best of the overseas payers in a Cas shirt this year.

Would be best signing clubs made in years. Even at his age he’s better than anything we have by a mile.5menofsteel wrote: ↑04 Apr 2025, 18:27I think that might be for next season though as his contract is up at Wire and they have signed Liam Byrne for next season .

Re: Aussie
a no from me, I don’t care about his pedigree he turns 35 this time next year. Is this what we have to look forward to in the Jepson era, 4 year contracts handed to ordinary Joes and pension top ups to over the hill Aussies?
