Just read that.
Doesn’t give much of a glowing report on him.
Hope he proves them wrong.
Pray he’s not another chase Blair.
After reading that I pray he is better than Luke Hooley.
Maybe I'm on my own here , but I thought Hooley did well in the centre of Friday

So did I , not knocking Hooleys performance but we need to make sure our quota spots aren,t wasted on players that are no better than what we already have in the squad.

Noticed Jordan Rankin had coached him. Wonder if he was asked for a view

the lad puts a CAS shirt on he as my 100% support , i will pass judgement on him after i have seen him play a number of matchs, DP went for time and tasted Blair and Feki what a mistake that was costing the club a good amount of ££££££ with hardly any return

I’d be interested to know if the author used his own experiences of watching Zak play or just the fact he’s only played 4 NRL games

Sadly Love RL often use a couple of snippets of info and not much research to make a headline as they did recently when including our cup crowd in our average Superleague attendance figures which distorted them for IMG purposes

Wouldn't pay much attention. Many a decent SL outside back fails to break into an NRL side see Greg Eden, Oliver Gildart, Joe Burgess who all got vert limited game time over there despite been successful SL players.

Blair and Feki had plenty of 1st grade experience...

So the article could be a backhanded endorsement!😂😂

a real statement of intent from Cas bringing in Cini, that being we are prepared to scour the globe to fill our quota spots with second raters.

If he proves to be exactly what we've been told then we have the right to slate the club and ask for refunds or sackings.

All those thousands we put into the club to see them sign an Aussie 2nd rate player on 40k pa instead of a solid good player on 80k+quickly will alienate the fans again

Where's the money going? Not even told. I'm assuming on the ground?

Unless we're playing in the championship where cini night be a world beater...

Looks like everyone has already made their mind up about this kid before he's even got on the plane just off what some journo's opinion.

If he's better than Hall n Tate its a step in the right direction, can anyone imagine either of them 2 or even Wood making 4 NRL apps?

Im excited to see the kid playing against the rest of the 2nd rate players currently playing SL.

Making 4 NRL appearances doesn’t mean much, remember Jordan Tansey made 7!

The problem with the article is whether it is accurate ir not it is another negative release about the club. Unfortunately the brown stuff sticks and the damage is done.

I imagine our accounts showing an operating loss of half a million won’t go down great either.

give the lad a chance, most of us were over the moon when we signed two top rugby players that had a good number of topflight games under their belts, namely Blair and Feki at a guess i think we will get more out of him than we did these two

Jordan Tansey made close to 200 professional appearance scoring plenty of points n winning various trophies so i dont see the reference.

Is that big in Superleague terms? Only. Hull, Wakefield and Salford posted smaller ones in 2022 and they were all over £500k
I believe Saints latest is over £2 million

if we have shown a loss, Mr Jepson and Mr Fulton, should be looking at the staff we employ away from the players and coaches , and make sure they are all pulling their weight , this would happen in most firms

I’ll be amazed if there’s anyone not posting a loss although some have occasionally avoided on a one off basis. I’m believe that we managed to have a creative one off £500k profit not that long ago
