The funniest rumour I've seen so far is, Cas and Wakey are both in battle for John Bateman, who is free to leave at Wests.

Not seen that one. We could sign multiple decent players for the salary he would likely command.

Apparently at the Trinty forum on Friday we have good news to be shared. I can’t see it being Hoy as Jowitt is playing really well even taking the opposition into account.
That will be Johnstone signing. I'd be amazed if you were considering replacing Jowitt with Hoy. I rate him highly.
By the way, told you!

Can see Wakey chucking daft money at him, they are paying massive ‘overs’ for everybody. I hope we steer clear, nowhere near as effective as he was and a lot of miles on clock. At 31 this year he isn’t going to get any better for the big money he’d command.

Could be, they are losing Matty Nicholson to the NRL so he’s be there type of replacement. Or Hull, although they are linked with the even older (also still good) Elliott Whitehead.

They would both still be decent signings for any SL club but would be asking for massive wages.

Standard Cas signing not wanted even by Wakefield so we will take him.
Getting overtaken by Wakefield of all teams.
Fultons out.
