This in my view is a major flaw of the IMG grading system, as it favours the bigger A rated clubs early recruitment and is a major disadvantage for the lower & less well resourced clubs, and just continues the widening of the divide.
Not only does it look like flaws in the IMG system but also flaws in Grattons and Wilsons master plan
