Re: Stadium.
See Everton have nearly completed there new 700M new stadium over the last few years makes me wonder if the time for axiom to start will ever arrive.
Re: Stadium.
if it does not happen it will have been a very expensive failure for Axiom

when they applied to build on it was it not passed that funds would have to be set aside for the stadium at CAS ?Year of the Tiger wrote: ↑13 Nov 2024, 21:37The site has had planning permission passed twice for 2 separate and different developments.
Axiom could sell the site on to recoup costs.

Yes, on both occasions as set out in the 106 agreement. However, the development has to go ahead to trigger the funding.gateman wrote: ↑13 Nov 2024, 23:48when they applied to build on it was it not passed that funds would have to be set aside for the stadium at CAS ?Year of the Tiger wrote: ↑13 Nov 2024, 21:37The site has had planning permission passed twice for 2 separate and different developments.

Rachel Reeves has announced today that she is not happy at the rate the economy is growing and that she is going to put things in place to get Britain building again. Let’s hope axiom have heard this and they get their finger out.

Re: Stadium.
Barriers at Princess Street end are down now, low ones going in. Bit by bit the stadium is comign together and looking smarter. Hopefully they get rid of the ancient barriers all the way around the ground and modernise those too! Little things that make a big difference to the feel of the ground
