Westerman or Eden for me. Cant see it been any of the others.
Yea i agree with this maybe push smith into mix who played most of reserves game last week at 6 scoring, assisting and kicking 6 goals 😂

I always think that it causes too much disruption to chop n change existing first team players to fill a hole due to injuries.
Why not give one of our reserves a go in the halves?
It’s a big game to do it but I’d sooner have a half back playing in the halves than using a forward to fill the gap.
George Collins was brought in from Hudds and thought to be a good prospect. Could he or another of our academy / reserve half backs step up?
Teams like Sts and Wigan always seem to find a decent lad from their ranks, why not Cas?

Agree with this, I'd love to see Collins given a chance. I'm guessing Radford doesn't think he's at that level yet

Evalds
Olpherts
Fonua
Mamo
Faraimo
Richardson
Westerman
Watts
Milner
Griffin
Edwards
Mellor
Smith

Eden
Matagi
Blair
Lawler

Barring in mind we played last year with Matu'tia and Turner in the halves and previous years with Shenton at full back, its more than enough to get 2 points with the same attitude as previous weeks.

I think Eden will play there
Bit of pace needed.

Will carry him on the bench to change it up if needed, got to think defence when Greg is defending in the line, will be an issue. Agreed will be a running threat late on with tired legs.

Still a decent squad overall. Defend like we have been we can win this even with a makeshift spine. Evalds and DR will have impact. May be low scoring but as long as we win that’s what counts.

Big loss for them that bonus for us Milner is fit to play

Yeh think if he had been 50/50 Robb would of been in the squad.

Now I've seen them, the squads seem more evenly matched so I'm a tad more optimistic.

We can only play with what players we have available and also what's in front of us, and so can they. We've done pretty well up in Newcastle in the past, and hopefully Saturday is no different. COYF 🐯

Saturday can't come quickly enough for me. Great location, great weather forecast and hopefully a great result to top it off
