At Toronto probably didn’t even receive any of the money.
Can’t see him being on that at Hudds

They signed him from West Tigers to replace Brett Seymour he was only 19 I think and he took a lot of stick before they let him go he's developed into a decent player ideal partner for a good organising half back to play with for me anyway
Agreed. I feel we need two halfbacks for next year, Miller would be a really decent signing alongside an organising halfback. For the latter we’d probably have to look to the NRL but i feel Miller would be an upgrade on what we currently have. But as i’ve said before i think Wigan want him.

Would try and keep Trueman if we can but if he wants out so be it. Replace him with a decent left sided half from the NRL. Can’t understand the logic in people wanting to sign an average journeyman in Miller, who also takes up a quota spot. We have had enough wastage from those spots over the years.

For me, I would try for Oli Russell from Hudds to replace Richardson, and have O’Brien/Trueman or an NRL half on the left side.

In terms of ours, keeps for me are Eden, Trueman if he wants to, Olpherts as back up and Edwards. Feki is a maybe on a 1 year deal to repay us if he can prove himself before the end of the year, and Fonua if no one better on the market. Keep the young kids too if we think they can make the grade. Rest can go for me.

Leutele is a must left centre if we can get him to replace Fonua/Feki if neither stay.

Whitley/Linnett would be good options to replace Blair

Broadbent to replace Clare

Then we need two good props to replace Griffin and whatever cap space we free up from the above downgrades/renewals.

Would also add we may some in contract players on the move too.

Matagi seems to have dropped out of favour and given McLelland is yet to materialise, we may send him out on loan next year for 12 months too to get some meaningful game time.

I’d love to see us sign Leutele - gone really well at Huddersfield, though he is 32/33 now.
In terms of half backs, Lachlan Lam would be my choice. He’s went really well at Sydney last season but is now back down the pecking order with the return of Keary and the emergence of Sam Walker.

Just seem an ooc list on love rugby league.

Firstly I'd let all our ooc's go apart from:
Eden
Robb
Olpherts, Hall and/or Martin (providing wage requirements are small as squad players).
Trueman if his wage requirements are reasonable compared to available alternatives.

I'd look to sign a half (or 2), 2 centres, a prop (or 2) and a back row.

Halfs
Need a controlling half would have to be NRL I reckon to replace Richardson.
Miller could be a potential Trueman replacement.

Centres
1 experienced from:
Tyrone May or Leutele (although doubt either will be available to us).
Tim Lafia
Shaun Kenny-Dowell

1 young player from:
Simms
Broadbent
Wynne
Vulikijapani
Laguerre

Experienced prop
Dudson
Vete
Lees
Cooper
Mulhern
or NRL

Maybe a young prop if the likes of:
Dan Norman
Justin Sangare
Are viable options.

Back Row
Edward's
Mau (doubt he will leave Hull)
Whitely
Additionally Batchelor (if the right price).

Didn't we sign a young prop and loan him back out this season or have I just made that up?

So Radford wants to concentrate on youth... so from who is available at 26/27 on younger. Who do we think we have a chance with.

What's interesting about this is it's against GDPR rules for clubs, agents etc to reveal the details of contracts, salaries etc in any sport. Just like it would be for any employer to do that relating to any employee. That must mean that most/all of what is detailed on that kind of topic in the media is incorrect, guessed, fabricated etc

The fact the above is from the SARL website means that it's even more likely to be total tosh.

Craig Harrison said he knew Warrington had signed three forwards for next season if that's true Robbie Mulhern I'd be interested in

A young prop we should try to sign is ,Matty English from Huddersfield. Been playing Super League 4 seasons now, only 23, and is getting that nasty but not dirty streak all good props have.

Mulhern isn't good enough. Not big enough or mobile enough. He's being found out this season. Same with that Philbin.

I think Oliver Wilson looks an even greater prospect than English at Huddersfield

Was it as “nearly” as Zak signing for Fev?

I picked up on these "youth" comments attributed to Radders and this seems likely to drive who we target.

Someone has mentioned Matty English but as I see, those that seem to be heading towards quality are already signed up at their respective clubs. Most others would still appear be "good prospects" and that comes with risk.

Does Suttcliffe have a future at Cas?

Are there any young Alex Walmsley's out there?

Half back may well be an area we're looking at but we have two relatively young guys in there already. Jacob Miller wouldn't reduce the average ae by much, if at all.
