However his employer has given enough information without breaching confidentiality..
With a decreasing pool of talent punishments are never too draconian.

If it was for breaking covid rules surely they would of been better saying that than letting the rumour mill take over.

I suspect nothing more than something like this. A bit of laziness at training, turning up late, ignoring instructions in training, nothing more, nothing less.
