Re: Wakey Up Next
Depends how they get on this weekend. If they lose and lose by a few then it's anyone's game. If they win, I think that will be 5 wins in a row, they will absolutely fancy playing us, especially at home.

Re: Wakey Up Next
I do. As with all our games that we play while in our current form though, it will be tough.
For the majority of DP’s stewardship this fixture was 2 points banked before kick off. We can only dream of that kind of consistency at the moment.
Re: Wakey Up Next
I agree the performance against Toulouse compared to last night was chalk and cheese Toulouse had beaten Saints and nearly beaten Wigan but we beat them easily obviously away at HKR was a harder task and HKR played well but we should have at least pushed them close we were very poor tho they could easily have got 50ptsSuffolkTiger wrote: ↑09 Apr 2022, 11:33I do. On last nights performance I think we will struggle to win another game.

Re: Wakey Up Next
I can’t see us winning.
Wakey will have to play very very poor for us to get close to them.
We have to up our game 100% to beat them.

Re: Wakey Up Next
I agree that based on last night alone we might struggle to win another game but we can’t ignore that we had two good wins recently and competed in the three before that winning one and losing away against the league leaders on the back of a dodgy yellow card. In addition whilst we have only won three times, six of our nine games have been away from home, going up to seven on Friday. That has a massive impact.
Friday will be tough but we have two extra days to prepare and with a bit of belief it is very doable.

Re: Wakey Up Next
I think Trinity haven’t beaten Tigers in the last 18 games between the two clubs. History shows that some under performing clubs kick start their season with a win against Trinity. You should be confident of a win come Thursday night.
Re: Wakey Up Next
Can we win? Yes. Will we win? Probably not. They're in some decent form and Lino is playing really well for them. We will sure have to improve on yesterday's performance to stane a chance.

36-8 Waki
Re: Wakey Up Next
With Lino in we stand very little chance
Lino out it's 50/50
Oh how we have fallen

Of course we can beat them.
If we don’t cop any bans & don’t have any unexpected injuries, we outclass them on paper by a significant margin.
4-42 Not just a win, an absolute hammering.

This one is make or break for Radford in my eyes. Unfortunately i have family on the dark side and if Radford allows said family to lay into me after nine or so years of pee taking, I will personally drive him back to Hull
This is a serious situation for me, I am already losing sleep over it

He’ll still be here for a long time after the Leeds match (even if we lose both of the next two games).Aloysius Van Bradnik wrote: ↑09 Apr 2022, 19:07 This one is make or break for Radford in my eyes. Re: Wakey Up Next
To get rid of Radders would mean paying out a huge sum of money that we don’t have.
If things get really bad, not that I think they will, bringing someone else in might be cheaper & more effective. Bringing Kear in as a director of football to help guide Radders would be far less expensive & could be of great benefit to Radders.

I don’t see what everyone is scared of in Wakefield. I think they’re outmatched by us in every single position on the field.

Re: Wakey Up Next
Also they are playing today so have a four day turnaround, we have six. We need to make that count.

Re: Wakey Up Next
We may be in a good position with wakey playing the thugs this afternoon, Isa will be all out for clobbering Tom J again, and no doubt Lino will recieve some "treatment" as well.
