Thought Fonua looked much better coming off the bench and used as a forward than in the centre. Hes just far too slow to be a centre, cant keep up with Eden when he gets a break that's for sure.

I’m really not sure what Radford can do, as we don’t have anybody to replace these 2 but I’m certain we will ship tries where they are defending and it will not have escaped the attention of HKR and others.
If a very poor Rhinos side can exploit it just imagine what teams like Sts and Catalans will do!!

Just watched it back and it's Mamo at fault for all 3 tries not really GOB at all. I don't think we have an actual out and out centre in the squad

Which one? Just don’t recall seeing a post saying there’d be over 50 points in the game.

Mamo got player of season i think at Warrington last season his defence in the games I watched him was good maybe he's taking time to adjust to new team I don't know

Did he play centre primarily? It genuinely looks like he has no idea positionally. His reads are dire when we are defending in our own 10. He also seems to just get shrugged off easily in contact. Needs to get this sorted fast. Seems like an expensive winger to me, shoehorned in a key role.

Fair enough, but he seemed to make more impact off the bench. Still way to slow to be a centre or winger from what I've seen this season. Must have lost pace from previous seasons.

To be fair, not many could keep up with Eden when he makes a break…

So do you think Fonua is fast enough ? I certainly don't. He was blowing like a cart horse aswell in his first couple of games. Use him off the bench is a good option to me. However Mamo looks very flaky when defending and shoots out of the line too much. If Edens centre cant keep up with him there will be plenty of tries not scored due to Eden getting tackled with no one to pass too after making a break. It happened yesterday as an example.

Warrington out of CC. Seems bottom teams all gaining in confidence and finding a rhythm apart from Leeds at the minute. It makes for an interesting April for us.

Where did I say i thought he was. I would think that the centre puts his winger into open field and, if needed, the full back or half back should be on the inside
