Some of the attendance figures over the Challenge Cup weekend should be sounding some big alarm bells at a senior level of the RFL…

It's a storm in a tea cup to me. A couple of smoke bombs let off in an open away end is not worth wasting time on. The club have put their statement out and made it clear what the stance is. It's happened from several clubs in the last season or so. Wakefield did it Cas. Salford have. Wigan did. If people want to risk getting banned that's up to them. I was searched in way in so how on earth people manage to get those through is beyond me.

To be honest, the smoke bombs are pathetic... They look absolutely rubbish on TV... And just force people to move away from the centre of the terrace.

I know they can look good when done on mass... Like at the San siro or recently at a poznan game... But come on two little smoke bombs that disappear within 20 seconds, just look half arsed.

If the bans don't encourage people to stop, maybe clubs just need to put an image up of what it actually looks like on TV... Embarrass people into stop doing it

That's what concerns me after the last match at HKR it kicked off big time
Where the Cas fans are behind the posts the HKR fans are sat right next to them
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have

Know what you mean Gateforth, but did you go to the Championship final against Leeds at Odsal in 1969 when half bricks were thrown down on the Cas fans?

Warrington guardian reporting CC match was lowest attendance for 27 years - 2627 - fans making feelings known best way they can.
