FIat Capper wrote: 14 Jun 2022, 11:04 I go back to a video that we aired in which DP was speaking to the wire squad and expressing his beliefs and what he expects from the players.

It wasn't DP's words that struck me but the response of the players, they just didn't seem interested. It was like, yeah whatever, don't you know who we are..?

Anyway, I won't be surprised if he lasts the season but will be if he survives next year. The Club may accept change is inevitable but it cannot last forever and at some point, it has to start bearing fruit.
Wire not a club known for sacking coaches ( only can think of Cullen ,Lowes and PLange) so would be surprised if Powell doesn't do his 3-year contract unless the pressure gets too intense and he decides to step down.

Think last nights match has to go down as one of the worst I've seen...

Indeed ....just seen Warrington have swopped King for Jake Wardle till the end of the season I think it is
One thing that's consistent with Powelly if you get on his wrong side you ain't got much of a future playing for him

He's done it before with players that's what made me think Wardle had decided to be somewhere else for next season

Interesting how the new Wire recruits all want to "do something special" ... where have we heard that before? 😁

You have to wonder how warrington can keep buying player after player with this salary cap, they have signed a few big money signings to add to the already big money squad (imo)

They got rid of King, Charnley n Cooper but have brought in Duffy, Wardle, Amor, Mikaele who i would of thought are on more.

Depends if the rumours are true and Widdop is on his way... he must free up quite a wedge

Widdop wont be going anywhere until the end of the season (now hes injured) when he comes to cas (been confirmed hasn't it?) I was referring to this years salary cap.
