I thought Hicks had a good game on Sunday. Especially the penalty given to us when they pushed a player out of the way in the ruck. Also, I think that’s the first penalty I’ve seen given for a shot clock violation.

Does anybody know why the hull player that was down injured near the end was shown the yellow card when he got up

Re olpherts. He made a try saving tackle 1 on 1 in first 1O mins so his defence can stand up to it when needed. His positioning can be off sometimes but I don’t understand why he is singled out so often on the forum when he works hard and finishes moves in more cases than not. Yes the drop ball looked bad but he’s usually solid under the high balls. I would keep the faith with him. He always gives his all and plays 100 per cent with heart.

Agreed. Fonua was at fault for the try scored in the second half against Hull. Left Olpherts with a 2 on 1 by rushing out.

give Eden the same number of high balls the Olpherts got on Sunday the odds are he would have dropped one or two

Every player will drop a ball at some point, and obviously D's was costly in that Hull scored from it. The bloke does put himself about during a game but the positives out weigh the negatives imo.

To be fair, I can’t remember the last time Greg dropped a ball ( mind you, I can’t remember what I had for my breakfast!)

Edens defence is generally good as well when he's fit and well he's one of the better wingers in the competion for mine anyway

Because some people need a scapegoat. Maher, Massey, Clare. He's next one on but not one of them didn't try, which can't be said of some players who were adored.

Glad Jake Connor had a quite game last week.
He’s on fire tonight.

Think they be open to a swap for Richardson and Trueman?

If this stays as is at 0-30, we go above Leeds in the league table

Didn’t quite pan out but it’s there to do on Saturday now.

In a roundabout way, I think we take heart from tonight’s result. We turned over a strong side at the weekend.

The other lot that can’t be mentioned will be proper fed up - especially as FC had the much shorter turnaround (7 days vs 4). All in all, a shocker of an evening for the city of Leeds on the sporting front….
