Re: Toulouse in disarray.
I was rather hoping Disarray was going to be a rural area of France I was not aware of and this was their pre-season trip.
I am not sure the game needs more crap press and an unbalanced competition.

Re: Toulouse in disarray.
Just about to book my flights to watch the match in Toulouse. Maybe I'll wait a few weeks.

Re: Toulouse in disarray.
Found the best way to get to Toulouse for me, if anyone is thinking about going. It's nice to go to a new ground, hopefully in the sun and a win!
You can go direct from Stansted for about £50 return long drive and the flight is early morning. You can fly from Manchester to Bordeaux and then the 2hr train across to Toulouse.
We've chosen to fly from Manchester to Carcassonne £78 return and it's a one hour train journey about £14 for the train. Good flight times aswell, get to Carcassonne for 4.40pm and set of back from there at 5.35pm.
So many hotels to choose from.
We are going from Friday to Monday just in case they move the match for TV or whatever.

If this is the case, then Wakey will be breathing a sigh of relief. I fancied Wakey to get relegated.

Re: Toulouse in disarray.
It begins. Arguably their best player in the last decade. Mark Kheirallah to follow too. You can't lose your best 2 players and hope to stay up. Wakey are one lucky club.
Jonathon Ford has left Toulouse with immediate effect. Not what Toulouse or French rugby league needed on the eve of the 2022 season when they have seemingly been building such momentum

Ford and kherirellah will just move to an English team and so play in England only. Leigh maybe after them after Fev have just upped their squad numbers.

I hope so for them but I find it interesting that when given the option of work or don't work, people change their mind. Why couldn't they make that decision sooner and prevent the bad press and club problems?heritage1926 wrote: ↑28 Jan 2022, 10:15Mark Kheirallah looks like he's back tracked and will now be having the vaccine

A sweetener perhaps, and I don't mean a sugar lump which they used to offer us as kids after a vacination........many, many years ago I add!!mart0042 wrote: ↑28 Jan 2022, 10:45I hope so for them but I find it interesting that when given the option of work or don't work, people change their mind. one of the treatments was actually on the sugar lump that you swallowed instead of an injection. may have been for polio.Brummietiger wrote: ↑28 Jan 2022, 18:23A sweetener perhaps, and I don't mean a sugar lump which they used to offer us as kids after a vacination........many, many years ago I add!!mart0042 wrote: ↑28 Jan 2022, 10:45I hope so for them but I find it interesting that when given the option of work or don't work, people change their mind. Yes it was. Unfortunately the GP was a week too late giving me the sugar lumplurcher wrote: ↑29 Jan 2022, 16:33one of the treatments was actually on the sugar lump that you swallowed instead of an injection. may have been for polio.Brummietiger wrote: ↑28 Jan 2022, 18:23A sweetener perhaps, and I don't mean a sugar lump which they used to offer us as kids after a vacination........many, many years ago I add!!mart0042 wrote: ↑28 Jan 2022, 10:45I hope so for them but I find it interesting that when given the option of work or don't work, people change their mind.
