Re: Naughty James
He should get off for good behaviour or mistaken identity, because I cannot ever remember Jimmy throwing a punch in anger, EVER!
Re: Naughty James
What happened for him to throw a punch?
what doesn't kill me simply makes me...stranger.

Re: Naughty James
I've seen the incident and didn't see a punch connect. Anything more than sin bin sufficient means we are in for another bad year of bad rfl decisions. If that's a grade D , Sinfields headbutt on Luke dorn was attempt murder and he got 2 matches and sent off.
Re: Naughty James
This, I’ve seen the “punch” and it’s ridiculous that he’s even been accused of punching

Re: Naughty James
If the doomsters on this website could have their way, a 12 month ban would be punishment.

Re: Naughty James
When I see 3-5 games ban it's laughable! I assume previous record doesn't count for anything these days?! I don't know James personally but what I see of him in matches it's not in his nature.
Re: Naughty James
Previous record counted for Tommy Makinson when he got sent off against us last season.yellow_t-shirt wrote: ↑22 Jan 2022, 23:19 When I see 3-5 games ban it's laughable! Re: Naughty James
Tbh if James Clare got 5match ban it wouldn't affect us very much, i doubt he'll be anywhere near the starting 17 unless we continue with the injury bad luck we have had last few years.

Re: Naughty James
Whether JC gets a 5 match ban or not, that's not the point. I cannot ever recall him being up infront o the disciplinary panel, so surely previous good behaviour does come into the equation as Fumper pointed out with Tommy Makinson. Or is it going to further mine and many other Cas fans view that the rfl disciplinary dept is shocking and not fit for purpose and basically corrupt

Re: Naughty James
The disciplinary is ineffective, corrupt and are as bad as the ref on the field, who is not helped by the touchies. IMHO.Tigers1926 wrote: ↑23 Jan 2022, 19:06 Whether JC gets a 5 match ban or not, that's not the point. The "right" teams get the calls. I'll take you back to Jamie peacock kneeling on top of a player and punching him twice in the face where he couldn't defend himself. No ban, provocation and excellent disciplinary record the reasoning. There are so more but it's just pointless.

Still only shows as a charge on the website. It normally convenes the following week. I would expect this week, especially as the championship clubs start their League this weekend.

I just don't believe it! (Think Victor Meldrew ) 3 matches for that. There's gonna be some squads short this season. The pie eaters won't be able to put a team together after round 1.

Very lenient.
Should have been a lot more.!!!
Violent aggressive player .
People like him shouldn't be allowed on a rugby field.
This is the Hannibal Lector thread.???
If not my apologies.
