Not definitely out yet!

Post by Tamworth Tiger » 16 Sep 2021, 22:30

It says on the Sky site that we will remain on standby next week in case any of the top 6 are ruled out by Covid. What are the odds?😄

I think Denmark once won the European Football Championship having failed to qualify.

I'd send them off now. Get on holiday, get your injuries sorted and get back on 1st November ready to smash it and make our home a fortress.

If we are on stand by to fill in if one team can’t full fill their fixture.
Does that mean players still gave to turn in and train.
Meaning putting holidays on hold, even operations.

I would have thought we'd have to agree to be on standby. Can't see us doing that, especially when we've thrown matches, like Salford at home, played when we shouldn't have against hudds and not played against saints and fined.

Not a cat in hells chance of any of them pulling out. The situation only exists so some teams can pick and choose their games so why would any choose not to take part in the play-offs?

You wouldn't. You'd field a team of kids before you'd willingly walk away from a chance at a grand final

I only started this thread because I couldn’t believe Sky were serious when I read it last night!

Nothing wrong with the thread Tamworth. It is a slight possibility that it could happen. But I wouldn't put a bet on it.lol

I bet the return on a bet for Cas reaching the final is unbelievable right now tho. Might be worth a quid 😂
