One of the finest overseas players to ever play for Castleford Tigers, Grant Millington will call time on his professional rugby league career at the end of the current Betfred Super League season.
The 2021 campaign, his 10th season as a Castleford player, will be his last as a professional player as he prepares to head home to Australia with his family.

Since joining Castleford for the 2012 season from Canterbury Bulldogs, Millington has gone onto make over 240 appearances for the Fords and holds the record for the most appearances made by an overseas player in the Club’s 95-year history.

During his over-decade-long service to the Tigers, Millington has helped the Club; get to Wembley twice, reach the Grand Final at Old Trafford and lift the League Leader’s Shield in 2017, the year in which he was named in Super League’s Dream Team.

A talented prop forward who is skillful with the ball in hand, as has been shown when he has deputized at halfback. Millington is loved by teammates and supporters alike for his consistent efforts shown on the field.

Off the pitch, Grant has been a fantastic member of the Castleford community, with countless player appearances and lending his assistance to local charitable fundraising efforts.
