Supposedly us, leeds and saints in for Kenny Edwards. A good player for me who I’d be happy to sign.
Re: Kenny Edwards
Might as well of just said Leeds and saints.

Re: Kenny Edwards
Nowt wrong with a stop gap that can do the job until a good long term replacement comes in. We signed Richardson hoping he was our future star and now people are wanting O'Brien (30 at start of next season) as our half back. Can't just go for potential all the time

Re: Kenny Edwards
Losing experience at the end of the season aswell so we need some players that have plenty of it for next year.LeagueLeaders wrote: ↑11 Jun 2021, 15:52Nowt wrong with a stop gap that can do the job until a good long term replacement comes in. Re: Kenny Edwards
32 isnt that old in the modern game tbf . Youd get a really good couple of seasons out of him . You need a mixture of youth and experience..

Re: Kenny Edwards
He’s played very well for Huddersfield this year so far and is under contract for next season. Given who has written the article this comes from i’d be surprised if there is anything in this.

Re: Kenny Edwards
I think some forum users could benefit from reading the article by Matt Shaw on Yorkshire Live I think regarding the stagnant transfer market and the lack of depth/quality available, particularly in the forwards.
Adds a bit of perspective to how much of a struggle recruitment is. May also explain some retention and recruitment decisions too
