Wish we could have gotten a fee for him, but his wages alone will accommodate at least 2 new players. His agent did very well when he negotiated that new contract and pay rise.

I hope we’re not taking more than 75k currently,

Be glad when he's gone, did nothing Saturday. He's lazy and, for his size, offers very little.

I’ve been wanting him gone for 2 years now and he’s proved once again why. He shows no interest at all - without Webster and Roberts making him look good putting him through the gaps he has nothing to offer. Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane.

I really expected him having his best game since 2017 against Catalan, but was non existent, even in the period where we were on top. He just doesn't want to do the hard stuff. Happy though when we are coasting games though.

For me this is the problem with players moving to new clubs. If you have signed for a new club you will mak sure you keep fit for your new contract and not for your old club.

I think these issues are exacerbated when the player faces the team he is about to join (if the rumours are true in Meeks case?). Why would you even try to beat the lads you are about tp play with, absolute conflict of interest all round.

There's a good player in there somewhere so I hope he makes an effort to show it before he goes, if indeed he does.

But what’s his excuse for the last two and a half years? You can count the number of good games he’s had since 2017 on one hand.

If true whoever at the club agreed to pay him that much needs their head testing.

I'm beginning to think it's because he's different to most of the back rowers in the squad,in that he's tall and has some weight about him (which he doesn't use). Holmes,Hepi,Foster,Milner are much the same. Powell must think he'll spark into life but he's getting worse.

Was upgraded after his 2017 season where he was up there with the best back rows in sl, sadly couldn't build on it n has sat back and took his wage.

I thought he was centrally funded partly by the RFL / super league? Not sure how much though or has that come to an end?
