Is he qualified to be a managing director.
This club hey.

One positive, hopefully he won’t be doing the recruiting.

Let's hope he does a better of managing directing than putting together a rugby league squad
Good news I suppose if he's not going to have anything to do with selecting players

His rise from an academy coach to a Managing Director is quite remarkable. Lets hope his qualifications fit the role as he was useless as Director of Rugby. Normally you have to do a good job to get a promotion.

isn’t it amazing that in some organisations total incompetence is rewarded with promotion, if we weren’t constantly being told what a shrewd business genius Jepson is I’d be having my doubts.

[REMOVED] me let's just sack McGuire and make Wilson head coach while we're at it. Great to see his dire performance at recruitment rewarded with the managing director role, only at cas hey

Seriously though with how much of a 💩 show we've become if Jepson has any braincells he'll give back word on buying the club in April and stay on London with his money enjoying a stress free life

People are to harsh on Wilson the guys highly thought of across the game.
Not really is fault he’s told to sign players but with the lowest budget in the game.

He's highly thought of in youth development.

Making him MD is like getting the stewardess to fly the plane.

Interesting take, most people I've met think he's a bit of an arrogant 🔔

He's consistently said to judge him on the players brought in, well he knew the budget, knew the requirements, and the players he's brought in have been .......underwhelming

m guessing he's used the fact when he said in his interview he had the opportunity to join the England set up he's said to cas make me CEO or I am off and while we needed a new CEO after gratten jepson has gone with Wilson and not advertised the post

Seems crazy choice when he was brought in by Radford to run the youth set up as he did at hull he's gone from youth-director of rugby and now CEO

The guy signed will tate with around 5 appearance in 18 months ....enough said
