With Salfords woes, rumour is we are in competition with Leigh for Nene Macdonald.

£50k for Macdonald and a prop (Singleton, Ormondroyd and Bullock) would be a good deal. Namo would probably be the one to go out of loan.

Can’t see us competing with Leigh tbh! Been great last few seasons but was woeful at Leeds. Namo to leave would be a good shout to make it happen if true.

I agree we would normally be second favourites but will the other Cas PNG guys be a selling point? Also would imagine Leigh would have to reshuffle with the salary cap. Anyway it’s likely to happen quick so we will know before long.

Don’t wonna sound negative but do we really believe we’ll get players from Salford. I’m not that confident.

I really think cas will now just see the season out and if that's the case that's poor , gone very quiet lately they see will see achievement of just finishing above Salford and not finishing bottom of league

Exactly, that’s why Wilson and McGuire imo will leave well alone.
It’s possibly one may come in, who knows.
