First Game Confirmed

From 21st July to the last game on 21st September we have two home games. That is an absolute joke and those in charge need to give their heads a shake.

We also have 4 home matches on the bounce from early march when the weather could be bad and effect the attendance

Tough lot of opening fixtures. Don’t want to sound negative but with the squad as Is, can see 0/4, 1/5 scenario.

There are no easy games anymore. Even Wakey coming back in now stronger than they were the last time they were in the league. Everyone seems to be have improved their squads.

Yep don’t see many wins coming with our forwards.

We absolutely need a prop and a second row prior to the season as a bare minimum. The pack as it is will not be competitive.

That was my take. Don’t remember anything about playing 5 matches first, more about recruiting when there’s someone available.

Sounds to me like jepsons made these promises about been competitive and improving but yet to back his word on doing so. No forwards around? Come on, offer Salford a small fee for some of there forwards. I’m sure they would accept the cash.

Have to disagree . Salford won't release anyone until they know whether they will get their Central Funding early . If they do then they will be keeping all of their players .

We still have a quota spot spare and I am sure that we will be looking overseas for a prop/second rower. These things can just take time to finalise . Main thing is that we get the right players , even if that takes a little longer .
