Re: IMG in or out
Are the gradings live on tv anywhere or through social media ?
Re: IMG in or out
Going to be interesting to see how far clubs who arnt in SL are behind the ones who are when the gradings are announced

Re: IMG in or out
By hell, the bitterness from other fans, they are blowing a fuse over on twitter.
Everyone of them having the same excuse……the ground.
Like the ground is the only category in the img rulings.
Aparently all we have done is put some plastic seats in haha.
Them blood vessels are gonna be bursted at 10.30.

The 77% have it. Wonder what influenced the 10 forum members to suggest we wouldn’t be in SL

Posh empty stadia that they don’t own hasn’t helped Hull, Huddersfield or Salford.old cas lass wrote: ↑23 Oct 2024, 10:10 By hell, the bitterness from other fans, they are blowing a fuse over on twitter.

Re: IMG in or out
I am happy we're in, of course - but IMG has actually only removed the bottom team and promoted the winning Championship team: Posted elsewhere, without any boas to any club, what was actually the point????????:
"Echo what others have said, this individual grading is great.
Now IMG have assessed and more or less made no changes to Superleague anyway, given London were bottom and Wakey “promoted” - so now what?
After this exercise the game has neither more money, more attention a new TV deal or anything on the pitch to make any difference…….. So the foundations are done- Show us what you’ve got IMG? We’ve morphed into your gradings, over to you?"

Bang on. Clubs are doing what was asked, IMG need to justify the expenditure now.mdean wrote: ↑23 Oct 2024, 13:39 I am happy we're in, of course - but IMG has actually only removed the bottom team and promoted the winning Championship team: Posted elsewhere, without any boas to any club, what was actually the point????????:

Re: IMG in or out
For me the emphasis by IMG should be marketing of our game and getting major sponsors because we are light years behind RU and NRL.
Having watched NRL on FoxSports, it’s astounding how many ads are RL related including the stars / personalities of the game endorsing the sponsors products. For example “Harvey Norman replays” and KFC.
I don’t know why we can’t steal some of their ideas and with shrewd recruitment of one or two marketing professionals find ways of bringing much needed money into SL.

If Salford have a poor season next year they could be in big trouble...

Great “guess” mate5menofsteel wrote: ↑29 Aug 2024, 19:02Just looked at the bottom of article where it says that our total increase in our grading score from last year of between 2.856 and 2.9814 points .Tamworth Tiger wrote: ↑29 Aug 2024, 18:23Have you worked out that a full house will see us to 15 points or have you read it?5menofsteel wrote: ↑29 Aug 2024, 17:22 Very positive and if we can get the required attendance against Leigh then a Category A . Great effort !!
Presuming that this is the 12.16 original score , then taking the bottom estimate (2.856 points) gives 15.016 points
