Re: Fixtures
Sounds like your a truck driver like myself . Your rate, you can really struggle, even though your working and doing all the hours you can. They need to get a grip of those who know how to play the system while the rest of us are doing what we can. Too many taking out of the pot, when they haven't even contributed to the pot, and don't get me on about those who are coming illegally and getting everything courtesy of us Anyway, back to the cost of the tickets for the game tonight £28 Probably due to it being a football ground too, and visiting supporters subsidising the home supporters. IMO all season tickets should be the same price and possibly the option of a season ticket for home and away if you think you could make most games, and spread the cost over the season. COYF
Re: Fixtures
Our of interest, can anyone list the ticket prices for all SL clubs?
Re: Fixtures
Totally agree @Derbyshiretiger i only go to the "big" games now as it can be an expensive do for me living in york iv got train tickets, beers, food and tickets to pay for can be anywhere upto £100 a time.
Obviously i could cut that down by just driving to games n not drinking but wheres the fun in that

You could jackknife, and you'd probably remember the game or at least most of it ☺. Either way, it's your choice jackknife and each to their own

Re: Fixtures
I've been fortunate over the course of many years, but I have to say this year we have made adjustments at home, made a decision to move back to Yorkshire and not travel for work anymore, affected income and definitely have seen price pressures and making more decisions.
That being said, there is some sense spoken above - but this is an entertainment product and as such the RFL "put on their shows" as it were to suit them and the financial sponsors in SKY, so this is entirely the way in most sports. If you're a football fan being moved to Monday night is hardly ideal.

If you are finding things a bit tight at the moment try doing 2 or 3 hours without ‘beers and food’ you are moaning about the admission fee and stuffing yourself with fast food and lager. Train ticket and admission should be doable for less than 50 quid. There’s some free financial advice
