He is.
Well I feel Childs usually has a game of two halves, so to speak. favours one team in the first half and then evens it up in the second. We just need to make the most of our share...
Think I got this spot on. He was all Wigan and helped swing the momentum but then gave Cas quite a few penalties in the final 20mins to even things up.

By the way, I'm not blaming him. what has become apparent, and I think Radders has referenced something similar, is that when things don't go our way, the players react poorly. Heads go down, discipline worsens and we just dig a deeper hole to get out of.

The players need to realise that when things aren't going your way, you work harder, you dig deeper and you bend your [Cut out the swearing] back.
I thought Childs was pretty fair. We did quite well early on with set restarts. I thought he had got a few calls wrong, but when I watched the match back I didn’t have a problem.

I was pleased at 12 - nil, but why wasn't I convinced, Cas would go on and win, they should have done, all that talk about Wigan on the "lash", Cas being fitter, not a bit of it, Cas are not fit, I said at half time, if Wigan throw the ball about in the 2nd half Cas will loose, their defence is (being kind) rubbish, Cas allowed Wigan numerus times to get from their own 20 to Cas's 20 in 5 sets, with Wigan running, and Cas jogging, there was only going to be one winner, why can't Radders see this, and as for Olpherts :x

great for half a match but our old lads can not do 80 mins the younger fitter mobile Wigan ripped us to bits time for some of our fringe players to have a crack

I just don't get why we kept running blindly down the middle. Getting the ball out to Eden was the only way we were going to score. If we had played Qareqare, we would also have had another option down the right

The classic "Game Of Two Halves" . Was absolutely shocked at how we went about the 2nd half 😳

Same here. He got all the 50/50 right in my eyes.

Dreadful second half a continuation of the Salford game from 2 weeks before. We look clueless, unfit and no enthusiasm to win a game of rugby. Radford’s honeymoon period ends on the close of this season. Let’s see what is dished up 2023 with the majority of his signings with cash being freed up.
