thats what money does when you can just go out & sign who you want & when you compare those 3 to Massy / Griffin & Smith who are like cart horses we are going to need some new younger forwards who have some grunt, now where do we get these players from :?:

Young players like the 31 year old Kasiano and the soon to be 32 year old Dudson? And they don’t get them while next season!

Ye it's hardly like they've just signed prime Walmsley and Morley lol

Shows the big difference now DP is coaching a side with real aspirations . Look at these 3 signings in comparison to our proposed 3 and it's hard to believe we are both operating at the same cap.

Absolutely, Mikaele I get, young enough and maybe yet to reach his full potential,no guarantees though and while Kassiano and Dudson will add some beef DP seems to be buying by the kilo.

We’ll see. His last top signings for us from down under were Feki and Blair, not to mention the returning Wardle

The difference is clear, he's more money than he knows what to do with. The two Cats players wouldn't be top of my list to build a squad around as I'd be looking to the future, not their pension.

I'm surprised Catalans have let Kassiano go he's made a difference every time I've watched him play for them don't know anything about Mikaele but Dudsons a good prop as well for mine

Everyone thought Feki, Blair and Wardle were top signings at the time so the difference isn’t clear to me.

Wire aren't building for the future they are building a side that will give them a real chance of being champions next season.
The average age of the Wire pack next season will still more than likely be younger than ours. DP will have no excuses next season if Wire aren't there or thereabouts.

I don't disagree but I do feel this is desperate attempt to win something. All well and good if it works but you then have to do the same again every year to maintain success.

My preference is to build a core of a team that can play together for years and bring continued success, not what Cas did in 2017/18.
