I always remember him for trying to get mergers cas wakey and Featherstone to be called Calder
Thoughts go to his friends and family at this sad time

Not one of my favourite people, ran up massive debts at Wigan, made them into champions at all cost - he’s one of the reasons why the salary cap doesn’t go far, inflated salaries.

I won't speak ill of the dead as it were, had a vision and certainly changed the game forever - for better or worse is open to your own interpretation. If you're a player, the salary you enjoy is certainly better than it would have been if we'd done nothing I guess as other alluded to.

Similarly, I won't speak ill of the dead but I never liked him and that hasn't changed.

I've never understood why change, progress and improvement requires sacrifice?
