Jacob Miller

Apparently signed a 2 year deal with Cas.

If he plays consistent, could be a good signing.

I'd be happy with Trueman and Miller it all depends who his partner is going to be for next season presuming Trueman goes
But he's a decent player for mine

I’ve heard the same, only difference being there’s an option for a third year.

I agree a good signing if paired alongside the right player. Find an organising scrum half from the NRL and we are sorted.

A signing obviously geared up to bringing the average age of our squad down, good work Radders.

Is that a sarky remark sharlo.
Miller will be 30 in august.

Losing trueman 23 for a 30 year old, is that good business.

From my view it looks to me the club don’t have the ambition.
Bringing in imo a very average player.

I’ve also read Wigan are after lino, so wakey could be losing both their halfs.

Decent player is Miller, always looks one of the shining lights in a awful wakey side. Dare I say I’d have Luke Gale back for a year aswell till we transition into 2024. That would mean we would have Miller, Gale, o Brian and Mccellend fighting it out for 6 and 7.

I would pass on Gale, great player but seems to be a bit of a jinx these days, how many games has he missed for FC so far?
I also think Miller could be golden behind a decent pack

thats my two pennorth and its probably why i am an ex pit fitter and not the GB coach

Disappointing signing imo i dont think hes any better that what we already have, hes a play what u see type of half back with a little bit of pace but his kicking games not great n doesn't kick goals. If we get rid of Trueman n sign Miller then thats Cas taking the cheap option again.

I'd see Miller as the replacement for Richardson we need a top half if Trueman is going

Do hope not, never ever rated him in a single game I’ve seen him (supposedly) play in.

Poor, cheap option signing if true.

I'd be surprised if we gave him another contact but I've not heard anything

I'd argue that with limited ability (IMO), he's a big fish in a tiny pond at Wakey but won't have that luxury at Cas where we need improvement in the halves to match other talent around the ptich.

If you have not got the go forward power then the half backs could not do there job, maybe if at cas then with the forward power we have then it could be a good decision for him to play off

Quite a few Polecats are saying the same on their forum. Would be a much more threatening player off the front foot behind a decent pack.

Personally I would rather go younger, we should have at least 2 quota spots and a decent wedge to spend if Blair and Feki go.

I think you have to trust Radford in that he knows what he's doing I had doubts over a few of he's signings but I thought Lawler and Kenny Edwards looked real good players to me on Sunday Mamo and Fonua are playing well Westerman as been excellent all season

I've no doubt that Radford has a plan. 2 CC wins says that he's no mug.
FWIW Lawler was always going to be a good signing. Ditto Westy should get 2 good years out of him.
