My feed has just updated to #11 Kenny Edwards. Mucky must be ITK 😉

Westerman has to be 13, right?

Can use to play the right winger as number 2, giving that Mamo is going to play right centre and at number 4, fairimo is playing 5

Some players want particular numbers. Personally a number is just that in squad days, shoe ins, players you want to keep, a prize for giving your all and a team player gets you a 1-17 number.

Squad numbers mean nothing because everyone knows Joe is a ball-handling prop!!!

1. Evalds
2. Olpherts
3. Turner
4. Mamo
5. Faraimo
6. Trueman
7. Richardson
8. Watts
9. McShane
10. Lawler
11. Edwards
12. Milner
13. Westerman

Not that I think numbers will matter too much.... people saying Olpherts shouldn't be number 2.... Radford may just be loyal to the lad. He may work hard in training and awarding him the number 2... doesnt mean he will play every game.

True.
It just seems weird how radford is giving the numbers out.
Milner for instance.

On Milner, I've seen a number of articles on Milner where he says Radders asked him to move into the second row and train for that role. This was labeled as another positional change for Adz but he was happy to try and looking forward to more involvement in games.

So for me, not a surprise.

Milner doesn't get in my match day 17 when everyone is fit, but that's just my opinion. So surprised to see him given the #12 shirt.

FWIW my 1-13, when all fit would be

1. Evalds
2. Faraimo
3. Turner
4. Mamo
5. Eden
6. Trueman
7. Richardson
8. Watts
9. McShane
10. Matagi
11. Edwards
12. Lawler
13. Westerman

14 onwards everyone else - but again, time and time again, we have learnt squad numbers don't necessarily mean a starting spot etc

Then you factor in the enviable strength in depth we have, when I haven't included Feki, GOB, Olpherts, Fonua, Blair, Smith, Massey, Griffin, Milner, O'Neill etc

Looks decent doesn't it and with the strength in depth we have the reserves would be a formidable proposition too.

we all see it differently i suppose. there are endless permutations, but i like matagi coming off the bench and running at a tiring defence.

I think milner getting no. 12 is some sort of loyalty bonus for been at the club so long or radford trying to give him a lift.

We seem a bit light with options on the wing?

Just need a bit of bad luck with injuries to 7 or 8 of them and we'll be panicking.
