Richard Marshall got his job at Wire and he is very good friends with a certain Daryl Powell. Seems Pete might of got the push?

He did work for nearly 5 years with Powell at Cas there seemed to be a suggestion he wasn't happy with young players he was bringing through weren't been giving a fair crack of the whip by Powell so he left who knows
