Fixtures

Post by heritage1926 » 24 Nov 2021, 17:53

The first round fixtures have been leaked before the rest of them are announced tomorrow. Apparently we have Warrington away in R2.

The R1 games are:

Castleford v Salford
Saints v Catalan
Warrington v Leeds
Toulouse v Huddersfield
Wakefield v Hull FC
Hull KR v Wigan

Take that as first game. One we should win and if we don't then could be a long year.

Knew we’d have someone like Salford, a team with minimal following, especially as we’re offering 2 tickets for £15 in lieu of season ticket holders losing out on the home game v Saints last season.

It’s only valid for those who renewed OCL. I asked about the 2 tickets for my mums ST but said because she didn’t renew the offer wasn’t available to her.

So does that mean season ticket holders from 2020 who lost out on that game get zilch.

Refund or donation to the club…. Or maybe one ticket in lieu?

Have I read correctly that we finish the season with 4 away games?

On a reread I think that as the Salford match is in bold it is probably at home. It doesn’t say where it’s being played. Just repeats Salford again rather than a stadium name

We only have 2 home games in our first 6 fixtures.

1 home game in our last 4 fixtures

So I'm guessing we have a lot of home games squished in the middle.
