Feki
Open and Honest interview with Radders in YEP today about pre season.
Feki 5 months away from full fitness.
He tried to sign him at Hull fc before he had signed for Cas.
He wants to try him in another position......

Re: Feki
So looking at April time. So we may get half a season out of him or maybe a game or 2 if something happens again.
Re: Feki
No mention of Eden when talking of wingers…

Re: Feki
A quota place.
Re: Feki
nice to see Radders whats to try him in another position hopefully its standing up instead of lying down
Re: Feki
Yes, but our quota wasn’t full last season anyway
Re: Feki
Its very quiet on the Eden front some say hes out of contract and others say hes stil got a year left, has anyone seen him on any of the training vids/pics? i suppose we'll know for definite when the squad numbers come out.
CLASSY CAS FOREVER
Re: Feki
The last contract he signed that I know of was in 2018 for three years, which covered the 2019, 2020, 2021 seasons.
There’s one photo of someone stretching, with the sun in the background, which I thought was Greg Eden.

Re: Feki
Saw him on a photo on Facebook yesterday training with the lads so I guess he’s going nowhere.
Re: Feki
Iv just found a picture of him pre season training on twitter so maybe Radford is letting him train to show if hes worth a new contract. Surely it would of been announced if he'd already had an extension.Fumper27 wrote: ↑09 Nov 2021, 08:39The last contract he signed that I know of was in 2018 for three years, which covered the 2019, 2020, 2021 seasons.

Re: Feki
There seems to be differing opinions on wether Eden is out of contract now or still as another year

Re: Feki
im guessing that the clubs insurance premium may have increased because of Feki's injury's
Re: Feki
i dread to think what the insurance situation is with all clubs as injuries seem to be on the up, also are all the players on private health care etc?
Re: Feki
more you claim the premiums go up if they have been paying Feki plus Luke Gale before him i should think insurance is now out out of reach

Re: Feki
He is doing the right thing for himself and his family, maybe we should be condemning those that signed him without a full and proper investigation into his fitness
2019
On 3 July, Feki signed a three-year contract to join English side Castleford Tigers for the 2020 Super League season.[27]
In round 25 against the Wests Tigers, Feki scored 2 tries as Cronulla-Sutherland won the match 25-8 at Leichhardt Oval. Cronulla needed to win the match to ensure that they would reach the finals as was also the case for Wests.[28]
Feki's final game for Cronulla came in the elimination final against Manly at Brookvale Oval which Cronulla lost 28-16 after Feki left the field early with a knee problem[29]
2020
On 4 March 2020 it was reported that Feki suffered a pre-season injury that would delay his Castleford Tigers début[30]

Re: Feki
Most clubs do not insure their players against injuries any more because of how expensive that would be they just pay as they go, deal with medical costs as they arise.
Pretty sure they wont cover players for being out injured also, imagine what Cas' premium would be the amount of injuries we have had over the past decade.

I've been saying all along Feki has brought an injury over with him but got shot down in flames by certain people on here.the changeling wrote: ↑09 Nov 2021, 11:03He is doing the right thing for himself and his family, maybe we should be condemning those that signed him without a full and proper investigation into his fitness
