I like what Radford is doing we defiantly needed a change in the strength and conditioning and he's acted accordingly
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have

Sounds like all the staff have been appointed and have been doing their job for a while.

Radford has had them painting and sorting out parts of the ground. All good stuff.

One of the most important acquisitions a club can make. The past few years as been nothing but a shambles in the strength and conditioning and rehab department. Let's hope the new guy and matt can work in sync this time and prevent the majority of non match injuries.

Good news this, we’ve been desperately in need of a change in Strength and Conditioning. Radford making a good impression so far
