But Powell was happy to let him leave Cas. Yet signs him for Wire.
Imagine their fans won't be happy.

To be fair, from what I've seen so far, Wire fans seem happy with him as a squad player.Dennis Vazquez wrote: ↑02 Sep 2021, 23:20What?!

I'm in two minds on how successful Powelly will be at Warrington.. if things don't go well I can see him under pressure early with some of his signings under scrutiny from the Warrington patrons

Looks like my comparison between him and Shenny is true. He's kicked on since leaving Cas and Powell knows it. Question us has he signed him as a winger or a centre ?

Re: Greg Minikin
Didn't he leave us because he wanted a starting centre role? Being a squad player won't cut it for him. Strange times.heritage1926 wrote: ↑03 Sep 2021, 08:19To be fair, from what I've seen so far, Wire fans seem happy with him as a squad player.Dennis Vazquez wrote: ↑02 Sep 2021, 23:20What?!

Warrington seem to have some good young outside backs when I've watched them recently wonder how they will fare over next two years or so
