Got none left. Sosaia has them all (unless someone wants to correct me and tell me that bandages are not used for an Achilles injury)....MrRugby123 wrote: ↑18 Feb 2021, 19:25BandagesFumper27 wrote: ↑18 Feb 2021, 19:24What do we pay him with?MrRugby123 wrote: ↑18 Feb 2021, 19:09 Jordan Kahu is a free agent currently. Re: Back line
No bandages required for Achilles rupture, just a pot for 10 weeks, unless have operation. First time I did mine, 18 weeks in pot, 12 weeks in full pot, then 6 weeks in half pot . 8 weeks then of hard graft to get the ligaments and tendons moving in right direction.Fumper27 wrote: ↑18 Feb 2021, 19:29Got none left. They’ll operate on him I would think as it gives a higher chance of full recovery.fast hands wrote: ↑18 Feb 2021, 22:21No bandages required for Achilles rupture, just a pot for 10 weeks, unless have operation. Re: Back line
The answer is a glaringly obvious one. It's Cheyse Blair....... The best centre at the club.on side wrote: ↑18 Feb 2021, 14:23 Does any body else think are back line three quarters especially still looks very poor. Shenton too old Peter no pace or can't pass very disappointed we not added a out an out three quarters, apart from lad from Huddersfield who am, not convinced what we are looking for.

Re: Back line
Blair as had some shockers at centre to say he had played the position in AUS it certainly did not show
Re: Back line
If we are down on centres Brad Graham ought to be given a go in the position he played in the under 18s were he never looked out of place

Re: Back line
Didn’t mean he’ll be any good in the 1st team though, does it? There are far more players who stand out at age-level rugby, who fail to make the step up. We have plenty of examples from our own club to back that up.

I wonder if Ben Jones-Bishop has a SL get-out-clause in his contract at York.

Don’t watch it then, still see you popping up on here when you hear anything so you must have some interest...Tigersbarmy wrote: ↑19 Feb 2021, 10:39 I’ve never been so disinterested for a season before in my life

I’ve never been so excited.Tigersbarmy wrote: ↑19 Feb 2021, 10:39 I’ve never been so disinterested for a season before in my life
We’ve not played between October and mid-March, so it’s been a longer off-season that usual. But to be honest, I don’t think we’ve played a meaningful game since March 2020.
We’re living through tough times; the start of the new RL season will gives us optimism, not just that we might do well but that we have some sense of normality back and hopefully we aren’t too far away from returning to watch live sport in person.
On the field, we’ve got a young half-back partnership who could really blossom, the current Man of Steel playing at hooker and we’ve signed one of the best full-backs in SL. I’m looking forward to seeing how that spine combines and think it could be the best in the league.
Then a home World Cup at the end of the year.
Plenty to be excited about!

I used to be counting down the days to getting back to watching live rugby hopefully things will be better in the summer and the team will be flying and buck you up a bit

Re: Back line
Understand but we've got a big squad & everyone at the club needs to continue to dig deep. Every season will throw garbage at all clubs at various points. We just need to deal with it.Tigersbarmy wrote: ↑19 Feb 2021, 11:55 Loosing feki (again) has just drained all my excitement out of me
I'm more concerned about where my next haircut will come from as opposed to our wing options..... Can't do a thing with my thatch at the moment...
