Exactly this. The result stood so I guessing he won't be able to play.jackknife wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 20:03It sort of counted as Huddersfield are now out of the cup.
Gareth O'Brien signing

Deformation....! That's genuine laugh out loud stuff. Made my day.nottinghamtiger wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 16:07I think one internet alias taking legal action against another internet alias on the basis of defamation (not deformation) would be a fantastic legal first.westerbeast73 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 14:11Be careful what you spout on here, you have no proof to back up your comments. I'll have you for deformation of character if you keep on with your allegations.Fumper27 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 14:06Edited for accuracy.westerbeast73 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 13:27Fumper you change your tune more than I change my forum profile.Fumper27 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 13:12
So predictable.
Read it back my friend. What I posted was what I had been told, in good faith. I never claimed that it would or wouldn’t happen, unlike some, who said the deal would be announced back in June.
Also, how were you shot down “months ago”. You’ve only been a member in the forum for three weeks or so
However, one last time for you:
Please tell me where I said he was coming?Fumper27 wrote: ↑02 Aug 2020, 19:33 From a source I trust:
Salford wanted £15,000 for Evalds, Cas refused
This has since reduced to £5,000, Cas again refused
My source thinks that Evalds will be a Cas player for the rest of the 2020 season, within the next two weeks.
Kane Evans was almost a done deal before lockdown but not too sure now if it’s still on the table due to finances
I was merely relying information I thought would be best shared on here.
Unlike you who made various claims, none of which have come true. You even went as far as creating a new profile on this forum.
PS Gareth O Brien confirmed
I’ll represent either or both of you for free, but only using my alias (obviously). We’ll all hide behind screens in court for a bit more fun!
A certain poster needs to go and have a sit down somewhere quiet.
Solid signing. It won't right the wrongs of Saturday though.....

I'm in the same boat mate. I would happily take a CC win, under any circumstances! You could argue that this year is the best time to win it, every team has to look at how they manage their squads with games coming thick and fast. Depends how clubs want to prioritise the competitions.

Hense why i said he's an out and out fullback now. Him and BM fell out because of it.jackknife wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 19:50Hes played most his career at half back n only when he went to Salford did he start playing full back.heritage1926 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 10:46He's an out and out fullback now. He fell out with McDermott for not playing him at FB. He'd be a costly back up for FB.

Re: Gareth O'Brien signing
He may have to be a little less picky in the new world we find ourselves in if he wants to stay in the top flight
Re: Gareth O'Brien signing
No reason we shouldn't try extend him next season.
Would be great cover for FB and the halves. A little small but could probably cover wing and centre spots too.
All around versatile and a decent player as well. Not scared to run at line and take a knock.

I think he’ll have to wait for his Covid test first before he can join up with the squad.stevieblunder wrote: ↑11 Aug 2020, 15:19 Any news/sightings of O'Brien training with the squad this week.???

Re: Gareth O'Brien signing
If they move to get him within 36hrs I would have got his test Monday and then he would have results by Tuesday or Wednesday then get him in for Sunday

Re: Gareth O'Brien signing
I believe they have to go through a series of Return ti Training protocols over a 10 day period or so. Not just one test.flood light tiger wrote: ↑11 Aug 2020, 16:28 If they move to get him within 36hrs I would have got his test Monday and then he would have results by Tuesday or Wednesday then get him in for Sunday
