Read that McNamara said Folau is a few week away yet and David Mead is out. Hard to tell what sort of Catalan we will face with them only having played once.

IF we do win Saturday, we already put a nice 6 point buffer between us and Leeds/Catalan - the 2 teams everyone has tipped to finish above us for the top 5.
Checked in Betfred yesterday, now 5th in betting behind Saints, Wire Leeds and Hull. 10-1 I think? Cats 18-1.

With a few coming back and no new reported injuries we should be able to field a good side, i tipped us to lose last week so i will keep my thoughts to myself this week

This week we could either get a backlash of the Folau mess or we could put a number on them and make a statement to show we won’t be easy to beat this year. Looking at the fixtures we have Wakefield next week and Hull kr the week after which are both the weaker sides on paper so if results go our way we could be 5/5 which is a perfect start to the season for us, especially if we don’t get no injuries and players returning to fitness, it looks very exiting indeed.

Hull KR away will be a tough gig. From what I saw of the Derby, they have some good players, who look in sync with each other. But if we are to be classed as challengers, they we should be winning the next 3...👍

Apology accepted but a terrible error to make. Definite detention material. 1000 lines of "what was I thinking of? Leeds will struggle again"

For those interested Cas have only won 4 times in Perpignan as follows:-
2009 24-22
2010 20-16
2016 34-28
2017 32-24
A lot depends on the time of year Cas play there as I think our first 2 wins were early in the season when the weather was less hot as it will be this Saturday.

Thought millington and Blair worked well together last week. Could be worth keeping them together. Smith to continue at starting prop. Holmes in back row with Massey at 13. Or did we put griffen back in? I'd go griffen mcmeekin moors and oneil on bench and start with Holmes and millington back row.

Like Hepi's attitude and wouldn't be suprised to see him on bench either.

I would possibly go Hepi over O'Neill but I suppose O'Neill is good to have as back up for 9 if McShane goes to half or gets injured.
