Toronto at shedingley
Just wondering who the winner is financially here, do we get a %age of gate money or do we just get the TV money? Are the whinos the only winners financially in this joke fixture???
Re: Toronto at shedingley
I think it’s a great fixture a nice easy start and then we get 80 minutes to have ago at Luke Gale.
Re: Toronto at shedingley
Is the intention to get all the cas and hull fans in the same place be packed like sardines if it is
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have

Whats the new capacity at headingley?
We will take loads and Hull usually bring a lot i think the RFL expect this to break an attendance record and make Toronto look like a success.

We will get 30% of any tickets sold as we normally do, since it's an away game.
We don't get anything else - it's Toronto that are missing out. Their hospitality to sell, their ticket revenue at home.

In the spirit of the final Blackadder episode - Goooodbyeee!

Won’t break any records for a SL game which is the 31,000+ that watched Catalans v Wigan at Barcelona last season.
Re: Toronto at shedingley
I think it’s a joke cas hull Leeds Toronto fans all in one ground could be a recipe for disaster and how’s it going to work who stands where etc.. only one who wins here is mr heatherington lining his in pockets

I think it’s a good idea really. Should be a good atmosphere for us lot and an extra match for the same price (hopefully)

Standing and watching one game of rugby in January is enough when it’s freezing cold, even worse if it’s raining or snowing stood in a open end. I think many like myself will wait for a weather forecast before I decide to go for the one matchLeeds tiger wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 8:55 pmI think it’s a good idea really. Happy enough to turn up at Headingley for this one, there may be logistical problems fan wise but i don't see there is anything to lose by giving it a try. Be interesting to see how many Leeds and Hull fans turn up early to see Sonny Bill's baptism in Super League, let's hope our pack can give him a warm and not too friendly welcome. His presence will certainly add some spice and extra media interest, just a shame his first game wasn"t down the lane, no doubt he would have loved our facilities with the added joy of 80 minutes of freezing temperatures and a pumped up Wattsy to look forward to.....now there's something I'd pay to see.

Surely the fan 'issue' is not different to the magic weekend?
Re: Toronto at shedingley
Talking to Leeds fan at work, he was saying he was lead to believe that Ticketing for the games were independent of each other, and the supporters from the first game would be expected to leave after full time (unless they buy a ticket for the second game to)
