Re: Trueman
You have a relevant point, but players develop over time. Throughout this season, many posters have been judge and jury on most of our players, especially Trueman, Minikin, Olly, Radford, Mata’utia, Clare, Blair etc. The level of impatience is staggering, when we win everyone is high as a kite, when we lose it’s judgement day.Cas boxer wrote:If he had played as well as he did last night we would not be relaying on other scores for top five for sure. nether had a another sign on. And top five is in our hands, not others.

I knew who you meant.
Just missing being able to tease Wolf.
Who seems conspicuous by his absence or is he.?

Are you sure that they weren’t talking about Jake Connor?cogito ergo sum wrote:Hull fans forum annoyed that the “most overrated player in super league” destroyed them.
Not just his tries, it’s his all round game, defence, kicking, organising etc.

His long and short kicking game as improved ten fold. Showed Sneyd up on Thursday.

A true Great makes the difference when the opposition is shutting a team down. Like Saints.
By the time Truey is 25, he’ll be that guy. The next 2 seasons will see ups and downs.
Is there any way we can class him as club trained for the Sc exemption thing...? He’ll be our first marquee....

So ours is not the only forum which have only a nodding acquaintance with the English language or has our banned poster got relatives in East Yorkshire.
As for Trueman the lad is growing in stature and confidence is the Gale rumour fuelled by Luke no longer being our star half.
Would like to see them both leading us next season.

He will count as club-trained. He turns 21 in February 2020 and joined us in January 2017, so he will meet the criteria of 3 years at the club before he turns 21. Just.Mysterio wrote:A true Great makes the difference when the opposition is shutting a team down. Like Saints.
