You must be a catch if you're worth fighting overMysterio wrote:I bet if he didn’t play rugby and for cas tigers it wouldn’t even have got to court.
If the lad has pushed a woman away or something and she’s fallen, or something of that ilk, after she’s been in his face, etc...she’ll be after a pay off before it reaches court.
I’m totally guessing btw. I know nothing.
Important question.
Is this a first ‘offence’?
He sure has many mitigating factors I bet too. Some he can use from some more serious parts of his families life if he needs to.
I’ve once had a bird corner me in legends with two bottles in her hands and then fight like a bloke towards me outside over two timing, I literally had to use my head into her midriff to get her off me. She’d have stabbed me if she’d had chance.
If it’s somethibf like that, he has no case to answer IMO.
what doesn't kill me simply makes me...stranger.

If there wasn’t a case to answer, it wouldn’t be in court, particularly Crown Court as early in the process as trial prep and plea hearing.baldtiger wrote:Wait for the statement from the club . But I believe there is no case to answer , "defending himself", and I heard cas legal team are to defend him am sure they would do that if they thought he was guilty . Only what I heard a few weeks ago from a good sauce n no not HP !!! i JUST HOPE ITS ALL TRUE
It will be a pretty serious offence to be at Crown Court, not something like common assault.

Admins need to lock this thread now IMO.
As it's now a court matter, it becomes sub-judice and anything posted on here about what he has allegedly or not allegedly done could compromise that case and could see legal proceedings issued against said individuals and the forum. Some of the posts are already sailing close to the wind.
Best to let this play out without comment until the case is heard.

Agreed. All we know is the charge, his plea and the date his trial is scheduled to start.HuddsTigers wrote:Admins need to lock this thread now IMO.

Speculation about the alleged victim and circumstances surrounding the incident is unhelpful.

Says the person who highlighted the charge, which was then not reported and only known within tight RL circles, after it had been to court... You couldn't make it upHuddsTigers wrote:Admins need to lock this thread now IMO.
