That was 2 weeks ago I posted and at that time and all dependant on what legal assurance she brought back as I did state “Just Now” in my post so a cheap sniggering shot by you I think !

Shame Reece Mogg wasn’t conducting the negotiation as would have had a great deal by now !

The EU Titanic is about to capsize anyway so watch the next 2 years when Italy default on payments as that looks like it’s coming and Germany missed recession by a very narrow margin !

Whilst everyone seems to be growing ever tired of the whole Brexit shennanagins, I'm still very much interested in the whole process and in particular, the behavior of Parliament.

Your view on Reese-Mahogany getting a better deal is based on what - his inability to be flexible? The fact is the EU won't move further away from the very good deal they've negotiated for themselves but it seems obvious they'd move towards a deal that retained greater ties with Britain. I'm not sure the little Eton Fag would change that.

The greatest achievement in all this has been the joint effort of both Brexitiers and Europhiles, working together to defeat May or May Not. Can't believe how well they've worked together but there you go.

I see liar May will be asking to delay Brexit after telling everybody over a hundred times apparently that we will be leaving on the 29th.

I can hope but don’t expect the EU to tell us to do one resulting in a no deal clean Brexit.

A remainer should never have been made PM in the first place

There's a lot of politicians on all sides just now growing noses like Pinnochio !! A bunch of lying ...tards and the whole Commons needs to have a shakedown replacement of attending members ! Even the Trump admin is now saying that Democracy is dead in the UK !!!

The vote posed was to stay or leave nothing asked or mentioned to negotiate ! so to leave is what is true democracy irrespective of outcomes ! Not doing so I fear will be anarchy and no democratic vote will ever be safe in the future after this total disaster !

This is becoming a total dictatorship and not what the country voted for - Should have had Reece Mogg in negotating mode on Brexit while May should have left it well alone as we would have had a much better deal by now but having said that we should have just got out with no negotiation and let them come to negotiate with us these past 2 years - I'm sure BMW, Audi, french and Spanish farmers would have put loads of pressure on the EU to provide a good deal !

You've summed up the whole farce of the referendum, the result and the lack of Tory leadership very well but in particular the point about the referendum question - it only asked whether we wanted to stay or leave. As such, if we leave the EU with a 'deal' we have still left and upheld the result of the ballot.

The fact the whole process of the referendum didn't explain what it meant, what the process would be, what we are obliged to adhere to, etc, gave the impression it was a in or out situation. As we all now know, that was far from the truth and ALL involved should be ashamed.

I'm not going to suggest the result would have been different but the major failing was having a vote in the first place, purely on the basis of trying to appease certain members of the Tory parliamentarians.

The reality is, whichever way we end up going, the 'losing' side will continue to demand another vote - thanks Cameron for dividing the nation you useless Tory whipping boy.

I've no doubt things may have changed in the last few minutes but nothing will get better than the Maybot relying on the Messiah Corbyn to sort out the Brexit mess.

The revolution is starting...

absolutely sickened by it all, they are now busy changing the goal posts by rushing through legislation preventing a no deal Brexit instigated by the horrible socialist millionaire Balls-Cooper.

When May kept repeating ‘no deal is better than a bad deal’ she obviously meant a xxxxing xxxx deal would be ok.

At least (through gritted teeth) Reece Mogg in making himself look a hypocrite on his principles and for all his far right "hate May deal" stance did shift to middle ground to get this awful deal through for the sake of the country rather than party hard politics and said this would rather be more of work in progress to try to make it better in the 2nd phase in trying to break this log jam.

But what did Labour Do ? f'all that's what and wouldn't shift and have twisted and turned and lied their way through from backing article 50 and no second referendum to bringing all this back on to the agenda - Total [REMOVED] !

On the other side of the coin, May has made an absolute bol.cks of the negotiation in bringing this bad deal back which has led to most of this and now look where she is ! Having Tea and Cucumber sandwiches with Corbyn ! Now that's novel ! I must have been jettisoned into a parallel world !

Not looking good for any party is it !

I'll be defo backing Nigel Farage's new party next time and I bet he could win a number of seats in the next election. If the ERG joined up with him they would be very strong and could get dominant in the Commons !

I see Nigel Adams (MP for Selby and Ainsty) resigned today totally hacked off ! Close to home that is !

Did you catch the news item yesterday with the Paras using a cardboard cutout image of Corbyn as target practice? Very funny I thought but also very interesting. Could there ever have been a major political figure in this country that provoked such action? A potential pacifist leader of our country who has openly said he’d not use our nuclear deterrent to defend us and would most probably gladly hand over our overseas territories, it’s not surprising.

It does make you wonder if this was just several squaddies larking about or a more widespread attitude toward the Marxist and whether or not the Army would stand idly by while Corbyn and his Red lieutenants destroyed our nation.

Had to laugh at his reaction saying there is no place for violence in politics when he was the man who invited the IRA for tea and scones the week after they had tried to blow up our government! Firing wax rounds at a cardboard cutout is a no no but nail bombing the cabinet... is it 1 sugar or 2?

LIke all you trigger happy fascists you have no idea what find peace entails.

Corbyn didn't meet with the RA because he supported them but because, as a pacifist, he believes in dialogue to resolve conflict.

You may or may not (there she is again) believe it but peace in Northern Ireland was achieved trough dialogue and by taking arms out of the equation. That doesn't excuse any of the atrocities committed but it did achieve the necessary.

Capper you are as naive as Corbs if you would wish for a pacifist PM.

If we had had a pacifist PM back in 1940 you would be speaking German now old lad.

It is one thing to be strong in defence behind a steely desire to communicate and another to think you can force your will on the rest of the world.

They'd still be bombing each other in NI if we hadn't talked.

I'd also argue I'd be speaking German if the Yanks hadn't stepped in cos Churchill wasn't good enough to do it alone. Similarly, the "be strong" approach from the Germans didn't succeed.

In point of fact Capper the German Wehrmacht out performed any singular allied military it wasn’t the ‘Yanks’ that beat them but their own hubris in attempting to invade the soviet state in the middle of winter.

So when in 1940 the German war machine was massing in Normandy how would a pacifist PM have persuaded Herr Hitler to desist?

‘Churchill wasn’t good enough’ you really are a pityful lefty

The trouble in NI is still simmering as it has not gone away fully with splinter groups and still some incidents ongoing.

What has Europe ever done for us except make wars !! At least the Yanks have always backed us up even after they fought us in their Independence days ! They are even waving huge trade deals if we left the EU !

If it wasn't for the Yanks the whole of Europe would now be speaking Russian ! Look how much they pump into NATO and how many European Countries dodge paying their fair share !! That's how much the EU are reliable ! And that's why we'd be better out and align ourselves more with our American cousins who can be better trusted - The EU will go down like a Lead Balloon in time to come and there will be in fighting coming between a number of countries - It's already starting with Italy and France ! What's the French ever done for us ? They've never liked us have they and so long as they are fishing in our waters and turning a blind eye to all the illegal immigrants coming over and off their patch they don't give a damn about us and bleed us dry !
