I'd say going off previous posts there is enough evidence to suggest John knows more than most posters and is clearly privy to information most of us arnt. The club won't want supporters to know everything just yet but I'd put money on the poster been correct by this time next week.

Re: Junior moors.
interesting that he's training as i've just been speaking to someone at the club who says his hamstring is super weak and almost snapped, he's unlikely to feature again this year,
Also club think Shenton will leave at end of season with 1 centre to come in, 1 to replace Webster from internal candidates(which Daryl has already confirmed basically) and Foster/Wardle/Roberts to be back-up centre with first two playing in pack if needed.
Club aren't worried about the final, confident we will win it now we've had match day experience IF we can beat Wigan (they see Wigan as the "bigger, tougher" game for Cas).
Yes I know it's my first post, so a variety of you will call BS(i've seen you do it enough!) i've been lurking on here for years but finally decided to register.

So are you saying they think Shenton will retire as he has another year on his contract?leviathon87 wrote:interesting that he's training as i've just been speaking to someone at the club who says his hamstring is super weak and almost snapped, he's unlikely to feature again this year,

Re: Junior moors.
Why would Shenton leave lol
And Moors is walking fine so doubt then is hamstring as nearly snapped.

Why would you walk away from 100k+ probably a year with 1 year left. Its not like they are footballers with money to burn.
Either way we need a class centre

Re: Junior moors.
I knew people would bitch,
The person is someone who lives in my village and has worked at cas for a number of years in a variety of roles, but is pitch side every game.
Genuinely not sure on retirement for Shenny, just that the club are leaning more towards not being at the club next year. He's touch and go for Wigan but I think we already knew that so nothing new there!
I didn't necessarily say Shenton would walk away, just that he'd leave. The club could sell him, I'm literally just reporting what I was told.
We'll see with junior but if I'm right ofc you'll all apologise for the flaming right?

Re: Junior moors.
If any of thats true i hope shenny stays at the club in some sort of coaching role as hes got a lot to teach/advise the younger players on there way up.

If true then we absolutely have to properly address centre in post season.leviathon87 wrote:I knew people would bitch,

With regards to Moors then that would be a big blow. Hit peak form in last month.

We saw junior walking at freeport and he looked fine.

Re: Junior moors.
not wishing bad on the man but ill take the time to say told you junior was hurt
Re: Junior moors.
Be a big loss this week will Junior but still believe we are capable of turning Wigan over. We really need to get into Wigan's faces and get them wound up. High intensity from the off and hope we take an early lead. We seem to be getting better at seeing games out when we are winning. If we're winning going over the 60 minute mark, we can't afford to let them back into it like we did Saints last year.
