Depends who else is brought in, by that I mean for a squad of 25 we need the Wainwrights of this world and perhaps Ford is an other one of those. As long as they aren't signed as a shoe in for the 17, then I don't mind.
Still believe we need 5 SL first team performers in addition to what's already here and already signed for 09. Of course some of those could be NL1 players a bit like Moore and Wilkes were when Wakey took them................. lets hope things look much better come Sept 1st.

Well if Wainright goes and Ford is brought in i will not be happy - The guy has run his blood to water this year and deserves to stay in front of someone who isnt as goodtigertye wrote:well wainwright wont be here next season as he not been offered a new contract yet.personally id keep him on as a back up player.

I think personally he has proved a lot of people on here wrong and would be chuffed for him if he gets the contract he deserves.dettoriman wrote:Well if Wainright goes and Ford is brought in i will not be happy - The guy has run his blood to water this year and deserves to stay in front of someone who isnt as goodtigertye wrote:well wainwright wont be here next season as he not been offered a new contract yet.personally id keep him on as a back up player.
