i wonder what they think he should have done? i would assume they think he should have red carded isa for a start, but Adrian lamb should also have seen a situation developing & taken him off, hes now gone for 4 matches.

How many referees have been stood down this season following poor performances?
Something needs to be done. Whilst I get as frustrated as the next bloke about the inconsistencies and sometimes poor decisions, we need to be careful and help to develop better refereeing, otherwise we could end up with nobody to officiate the games. I think the video ref should be able to intervene more and point mistakes out to the on field ref, this taking the pressure of them. Any other ideas?

bateman played a blinder by saying the abuse wasn't directed at kendall but at LMS. apparently the panel stood up and applauded him and agreed that LMS was indeed a bent 2 hat. ;)
