Tbh I think he must have known it would be an impossible task.
I disagree OCL, I think that current Leigh squad is a decent one on paper, I just don't think Duffy is suited to SL life. If they can get in a Brian Mac or someone experienced, he could save their season. It's all if's and but's, but a better coach IMO wins a couple of the closer games they have lost.

I think Brian Mac should take whatever is on offer, I don't think another big club touches him.
