Re: Shaun wane
OCL, I like you're posts, this is nothing to do with you reporting the facts.
I have said countless times on Elstone, Sky deal and other threads, we have no blooming identity. Club RU accepts that during the international period, club sides suck it up - the pinnacle is the RU world cup. We do not.
Is the objective the best national side - no, because we concoct extra fixtures to no benefit to have the better players playing more for no reason and no benefit but to suit a league and TV.
This boils my urine, do we want a great national side, or a rich league, or a thriving all round game in this country? The latter probably denotes the other two follow.
I am fine if the RFL and SLE mess up, but pick one and for christ's sake say so and go for it.

Can't see him back at Wigan he was in running for one of the NRL clubs I'd tip him to go there maybe as a assistantold cas lass wrote: ↑03 Apr 2021, 23:39 England head coach Shaun Wane all but admitting on @talkSPORT2 #rugbyleague phone in that he expects to be back in club rugby league after the World Cup....

Confirmed on Sky Sports but reported on exactly ZERO other platforms. Surely that tells you something, doesn’t it?

Re: Shaun wane
Wane said in yesterday's press conference he's looking to get back into club rugby and that he only does a job full time. I guess that means he will no longer be England coach. He also said he's interested in any job and would not discount anything.
