From Aarron Bower on Twitter:
Steve Gill left Featherstone earlier this week and I understand that was due to the fact he was appalled upon seeing the photos in question.

RFL will take this very seriously, I'm told: especially in light of recent Govt funding announcement. Could be real consequences for Fev.

So these guys have been a close to someone you can get without getting arrested but they are in trouble for being in the clubs bar?

The HOC bar dining rooms are still open, are they better than hairy arsed rugby players?

The RFL are also reported to be fining players for overcelebrating scoring

If covid is such a problem then contact sport should be banned, we are being played like an old fiddle

The real reason is in the quote, they dont want to risk losing their share of the 16 million quid government handout. there will be some cracking bonuses at HQ this year

They had players and staff in the bar after the game and pictures have come out showing everyone mingling, ferris was the only player you could make out from the picture so is been banned but the club are now under investigation and could be in big trouble. I was told steve gill was applaud by this as it was happening but was ignored when he tried to shut it down which has lead to him leaving the club.

If ferres had been fined he'll name the others there. He's clearly not a man of honour. Pretty sure that's been proved.
