I would suspect that a player of that quality would find a place somewhere in all but one of those line-ups. He is a full-back, but the kind of quality that you'd accommodate anywhere in the backs.jackknife wrote: ↑05 Jan 2021, 04:41 Seven of Super League’s twelve clubs all have quota spots free next season. Castleford, Catalans, Leeds, Leigh, St Helens, Warrington and Wigan all currently have space to recruit overseas players.
Out of that id say only leeds or leigh could afford n need a better full back.

Re: Ben Barba
I hope you mean Cas mdean!! Ive said previously he's a good player, but a good person is also a good thing to look for, and he doesn't fit that profile imo.

To be honest, I didn't actually, I meant Saints. Nothing would surprise me, but I think it is highly unlikely to us!Tigers1926 wrote: ↑06 Jan 2021, 20:26 I hope you mean Cas mdean!! Re: Ben Barba
You don’t want someone with Barba’s attitude in a team fighting relegation.
I don’t think he’s as good as most people think. He was pretty poor when he joined Saints in 2017. Did well for the first half of 2018 in a team dominating the league, but his level dropped massively towards the end of that season.
He’s not played at all in 2019 or 2020.
He’s a massive gamble, on and off the field.
Re: Ben Barba
Unfortunately some people like a gamble.
