I think Watson was a school p.e teacher in his playing days, maybe a good grounding for coaching. He clearly has a good blend of encouragement, communication, game plan and attention to detail to wring the most out of a ever changing squad.

I see many similarities and give equal praise to both Watson and the players. Would love to see a different club having some success but I understand there's a great deal of sentiment with thoughts about Rob Burrows.

Remind me how they did resting gale and lui last week? We're they perhaps lacking leadership and direction?
