Rent it from the new owner, or put the money towards a new ground? Is worth more than the debt, especially if wakey is worth a couple of million.
Where would Leeds play if caddick sold up, or mcmanus at saints? The question could be asked about any sporting club. Where would the new York Yankees play?
We make money and thus are a good prospect for a budding owner, rather than losing money with no assets.

Yes it’s good that we have moved on from when we were 20 minutes from going bust and saved it by selling our best asset to Wire
I thought the whole point was questioning where Wigan would be if Lenaghan called his debts in

whilst mcmanus is the owner 80% of the shares are owned by another director through one of his companies. his name is mike coleman and he has put £20 million into the club since they moved to their new stadium. i don't know if he'll ever want that back.

genuine question, how is mcmanus the owner if he only has 20% of the shares?

Made a few cheap shots last night, also very niggly. Must be something Leigh practise. Will fit in very well at Wigan.

I totally agree with the comments on Mitch Clark.
It would seem to vindicate offloading him
One less wage.
Let's see who else we can do similar with.

The world nearly ended when we let Clark go according to some on here. Maybe DP was right but paying the big bucks to keep him.

True. A decision that I fully supported the club by. You've a player, who plays limited minutes from the bench, taking up a quota spot, who is demanding 60k a year.

How do you know what every player is on and what they or there agent are asking for that's nobody else's business but the players agents and the club
If your guessing at what he was asking that's a different matter
